Thanks Eric for giving me a fuller understanding of the work Kathleen does. I have always been proud of her life’s journey but really did not have the content of understanding as to what she does. Good interviewing on your part .I like how you can tell you are really listening and then pick up on some statement which gives you further questioning. Also like your final three questions.
