Love this pod
My dad recently passed and he was a huge movie fan. As a kid he’d make us stay in the theater after a movie and watch ALL the credits. I hated this as a kid but I get it now. I can’t watch movies with him anymore but thanks to you guys, I can listen to one of your episodes and rewatch movies from my childhood through his eyes and appreciate them on a new level. So thank you for that.
Side note: am I crazy because I thought “breaking even” meant “the point at which cost and income are equal and there is neither profit nor loss”. But your math always seems to be that a movie needs to make at least twice its budget to break even. 🤨

I love this podcast, especially the older films because those are my jam. Also I don’t understand people complaining about swearing. They’re just words. More swearing please, it’s nice to hear uncensored media for once. Keep doing what you’re doing. 💕
