I used to count on CFR for non-ideological fact based reporting and analysis. Women are NOT excluded from any of the above mentioned fields in the west. Find me any policy that excludes women. Your title was both misleading and is infectective. If you wanted to deliver a sermon on feminism, state that clearly. Unless you are talking about doubling employment in all those field, whatever new geniuses you bring in you willl need to exclude those you don't bring in anymore. So the sum total of genuises will remain the same.
