A gentle yet firm persuasion
I discovered Masako’s genius plan with this podcast about 4 episodes in. It’s clear that she wants to persuade the listener to take up meditation and yet her method of sharing her own experience and engaging in thoughtful conversation with her guests made it feel like I wasn’t trying to be persuaded. Instead the appeal of meditation made itself slowly into my mind as if I’ve thought it was a great thing to have in my life all along. I’m looking forward to seeing where this podcast goes and the impact it will have on many people. Thank you for the time you’ve put into this, Masako!
Great starting episode
