Hindz is truly one of a kind. He has a way of making his words truly resonate and making you feel seen in this crazy world. I listen to him almost daily, and it helps keep my spirit calm and reassures me that I’m on the right path. Hindz is so motivating and inspiring, without being too pushy like some can be. I can’t recommend this podcast enough, following Hindz over the last 5 years has changed my life. Thank you Hindz! 💜

For starts, his voice is soothing and so relaxing. His advice seems genuine, straight from his heart and soul. This isn’t the type of podcast that leaves you feeling like you have to do more, in a toxic self improvement way. It’s about unconditional self love and acceptance and leaves you feeling filled with genuine motivation and gratitude for life. I’m so thankful for this. I also love that there’s short episodes if you just need a quick mood booster or way to calm down. Bonus: it always leaves me with amazing journal prompt ideas and new things to think about!
