You’re Too Sensitive

Hello, tender hearts. I’m shifting the conversation to something close to my soul: embracing the power of aging. We’re going to talk about how we see ourselves, our changing bodies, and our shifting perspectives. My heart’s desire is to stand as an elder for younger women who may feel terrified of growing older in the normalized combative energy of anti-aging culture that wants to sell us eternal youth. I’ve found that the fear of aging is often deeply entangled with the fear of dying. Together, we’re going to untangle that fear, so we can truly live while we are still here on Earth. Aging is a precious privilege denied to so many. Let’s remember the wisdom together.
