    Introduction to me & She Thrives

    My name is Ashley, and I am a Somatics-Embodied, RTT® Clinical Hypnotherapy & NLP-IFS, and Somatic Counseling expert. For years, I was a high-achieving professional, but I was also an expert at something else: self-sabotage. I grew up in a challenging environment, navigating abuse, neglect, and the daily struggles of dyslexia. This led me down a path of perfectionism and people-pleasing, which ultimately took a heavy toll on my mental health. I was trapped by weight issues, a desperate attempt to control my body. A traumatic assault in San Francisco left me grappling with crippling anxiety, PTSD, and a sense of being completely disconnected from myself. But I refused to let that be the end of my story. I embarked on a journey of self-healing, using a powerful combination of RTT Hypnotherapy, NLP, IFS, and somatic therapy. I learned to confront the wounded parts of myself, rewire my mindset, and finally break free from the patterns that held me back. This process allowed me to overcome fear and anxiety, reconnect with my body, and integrate the fragmented parts of my past. I developed true authenticity and deeper, more intimate relationships. Today, I live a life filled with joy, connection, and fulfillment, and I’m fully immersed and connected to my body, which allows me to make better decisions and have better outcomes in every area of my life. My mission is to help high-achieving professionals like you conquer self-sabotage, heal from past trauma, and discover the aligned confidence and leadership success you deserve.
