Plus Bad Boys, The Wire, hot dogs, pies in rolls, and Lorraine Kelly. Serious business. 02.36: Seriously Good and Seriously Bad What do the chaps think is seriously good about ICT, Scottish football, or global politics right now and what is seriously bad? 09.12: Game By Game We talk about the month of March overall, and our 10 points vs Stenny’s 11, before going into the details of the 1-1 draws with Queen of the South, Cove and Alloa, then seriously waxing lyrical about Zambian international footballer Chanka Zimba, goal machine Alfie Bavidge, the other awesome Alfie, and the return to form of Oscar MacIntyre. 29.17: What Ya Sayin Alfie Bavidge? Serious Goalscorer Alfie Bavidge sits down for an honest chat with Stevie. Why have we dropped so many points recently? What is the squad doing to get back to their levels? What’s his personal aims for the remainder of the season? And where does his future lie? 50.15: American Things ‘He just likes American things? What like Dr Pepper? Tastes like fizzy Benelin.’ That was Alan Partridge’s take on American things, but Caley Thistle have their own view. And we give ours, plus discussing if Ross Munro has ever eaten a hotdog. 59.29 Scottish Prostate Cancer Initiative As one of the first football clubs in Scotland to get behind the Scottish Prostate Cancer Initiative, Inverness Caledonian Thistle will host a free PSA testing event at the Sarens PSG Stadium on Wednesday 29 April. 1.06.59: Fanzone ICT fan Rob Worthing enters the Fanzone to talk about his newly found love with the football club and why football is good for mental health. 1.18.29: Cup Final We talk all things KDM Cup Final on Sun 5 April at Firhill Park, Glasgow. It’s Raith Rovers v ICT, as we aim to win our fourth (really our third) challenge cup.  We look at opponents Raith Rovers, and discuss Caley Thistle fans having had it so good with cup finals over the years. 1.29.46: The Final Five Five league games left. We look at Scott Kellacher’s selection headaches for the Stenhousemuir match and run the rule over the options. We look at Stenny’s opponents for the run-in before trying to work out what we need to do in the final four matches (post Stenny). Spoiler: its win them all. This just got real. There’s it.

    Big Shags & Cormorants

Their feet have webbing between all four toes. They are excellent divers. They are not shags. No, it’s not a description of typical Ross County centre forwards; it’s a description of cormorants, and they are here for the Caley Thistle title run-in. Join Moff, Sandy, Lee and AY as they reflect on a tricky three weeks in League One, welcome a new feathered friend to the Sarens PSG Stadium and offer up the usual 31 years of ICT references, wild conjecture and mild distraction. Let’s shuffle! 00:00:58 – Welcome, and some stuff about doubles. Moff introduces the panel and in the afterglow of ICT’s KDM trophy semi-final triumph, which put the team in line for two trophies this season, we talk doubles. 00:05:20 – Game by Game. We discuss the consecutive league draws with Stenhousemuir and Kelty Hearts, the 2-1 defeat of Ayr in the KDM trophy that took place in between them, look ahead to the cup final, and discuss an unexpected presence on the touchline during the Stenny game. 00:05:20 Kelty 0-0 ICT. Not much happened.  00:13:45 Ayr 1-2 ICT, with bonus KDM trophy final chat. 00:35:42 ICT 1-1 Stenhousemuir, with bonus cormorant chat. 00:44:07 – What yi sayeen? – Mitchell Robertson. When he signed on loan from Celtic’s B team at the start of this season, it was assumed Mitchell Robertson was just here as cover, but he has established himself as a regular starter for ICT in the league at left back, and in the KDM trophy at centre half. Stevie spoke to the now-Livingston loanee about his career in youth football, his path to Inverness, his impressions of the club, the city and his teammates. 01:05:00 – The Club Interview – Gordon Nicolson. Combing the roles of first team coach and academy coach, Gordon Nicholson is an unsung but integral part of Scott Kellacher’s backroom team. Moff chatted to him about his career to date, the young players he has helped bring through, working with Scott Kellacher and the club’s footballing ethos. 01:29:45 – The X-files. For some players, a spell with Caley Thistle has been a springboard for success with bigger clubs; for others, it has been the start of a slide into non-league obscurity. In the first instalment of a new feature, we look at the varying fortunes of several players since leaving Inverness. 01:43:22 – League Lookahead. We preview March’s league games against Montrose, Cove Rangers, Peterhead, Alloa and Queen of the South, and briefly discuss Stenhousemuir’s fixtures in the same period. There's it.

    Road To The Top

Welcome back to The Wyness Shuffle. Caley Thistle are back at the top of League One and The Wyness Shuffle is back from a short hiatus to break down all the recent action and look forward to a lot more. Join regular shufflers Andrew Moffat, Sandy Sutherland, Stevie Riley and Andrew Young along with debutant panellist Jack Michael as they discuss the merits of garlic bread and single party state socialism, and some football.  00.56: Hello.  02.00: 2090 Miles. The Road To The Top is a long one. As Scott Kellacher and the players can attest. As of late January 2026, Inverness Caledonian Thistle travelled approximately 2,090 miles for their away league and cup fixtures, primarily due to a challenging run of away games over the winter period.  09.21: Game by Game: We focus on the recent 3-0 win over East Fife and the 2-2 draw at Palmerston Park v Queen of the South. Then we delve into the football over the first month of the year. Bavidge goals, Chanka's improvements, Alfie Stewart's return, Alloa turnaround, Smokin Joe, and the return of Ben Brannan.  43.43: What Ya Sayin Calum Macleod? He’s now made 59 appearances to date, with 30 of them coming this season, mostly in the starting XI, and mostly at right back, even though he is a central midfielder by trade. And he’s scored 6 goals. Stevie spoke with Calum Macleod. 1.07.28: The Club: New Community Trust training hub, Stagecoach deal, land!  1.14.25: Fanzone: Welcome to the Fanzone, as Sandy talks with Liam MacLeod.  1.31.08: League Lookahead: Hamilton A, Stenny H, KDM semi, Kelty A.  There's it.

Discussion of two games as Hamilton’s woes continue as ICT smash them 4-0 and rack up consecutive four goal wins at home, and the Tranent game finally goes ahead in Haddington of all places. 33:43 The Club. We take out regular look behind the scenes at The Club, looking at all things ICT on and mainly off the park, but we don’t do that through our uninformed eyes, we do it through one of the four Directors of what is the new look Caley Thistle. Chairman of the ICT Supporters Trust and now one of four official directors of ICTFC. Mr George Moodie 1:08:38 Xmas Games of Old. A walk down a snowy lane of memories as we look back at some of the great festive games of old. Vestiges of Xmas’ past at Kingsmills and Telford Street maybe, blizzard conditions amid the banks of the moray firth at Caledonian Stadium, and dark, delayed, dreadful conditions for away games that were worth it in the end for football memories that have not faded. 1:17:31 Quiz! And now The Magi, the Three Kings, the Three Wise Men of ICTFC. Like Jesus on Christmas morning (although it wasn’t called that then, just Tuesday) we are delighted to have been visited by three of the wisest souls to don a Caley Thistle shirt: Danny Devine, David Wotherspoon, and Joe Chalmers. And it gets competitive! 01:56:46 WhatYiSayin Craig Masterton from the ICT Community Development Trust? 17462 participants this year! 1713 hours of free football! The ICT Community Development Trust's primary objective is to promote and improve the physical and mental health of both young and old through activity and provide an opportunity for everyone in Inverness and surrounding areas to participate in football! So we talked to Craig! 02:34:02 Gifts for Gaffers! What Xmas presents would we give to the assorted rogues gallery of League One managers? Sledges, fish suppers and an instruction manual for Keith Bray. 2:36:14 League Lookahead: We lookahead to the Dumbarton game that has already been played! We thought we’d do alright given the recent comments of their manager. We also look ahead to all the Festive Football that is the games in Stenhousemuir, Montrose, the first home of the 2026 v Peterhead, and AY’s gig at the Market Bar at 10pm on Sat 20 Dec! 02:45:29 2026 Lookahead! Do we add any players? Do we lose any? And what lies ahead? We think we know. 02:48:16 The 2025 Story of Inverness Caledonian Thistle via an ill-advised Xmas (w)rap. There’s it! Thanks for listening throughout 2025!  Merry Christmas!

    Clutch The Eagle

When Scotland’s men last played at a World Cup finals, ICT had just completed their first-ever season in Scotland’s third tier. Twenty-seven years later, both sides are on the up again. At the end of a week where Scotland’s men grasped the thistle to take their place among football’s elite once more, and the Caley Jags recorded their biggest league win of the season, the TWS team reconvened to record the much-delayed November podcast. Join Moff, Sandy, Stevie, AY and first-time panellist James Fraser as they review and celebrate the recent results and, along with three superb exclusive interviews, offer up the usual 31 years of ICT references, wild conjecture and mild distraction. Let’s shuffle! 00:00:58 – World Cup-themed welcome. Moff introduces the panel and we look back at Scotland’s momentous victory against Denmark from an Inverness perspective. 00:10:06 – Kings in the North vanquish Queen of the South. An in-depth review of Saturday’s demolition of the doonhamers. We focus on Adam Mackinnon’s influence; tweaks to the formation; Chanka Zimba’s emergence as first-choice striker; Scott Kellacher’s view of the game; the underwhelming form of Queen of the South; and whether Kell’s ICT have now truly clicked as a team. 00:35:15 The KDM Trophy. The tournament that almost everyone dismissed as a waste of energy has proved to be surprisingly entertaining. As ICT enter the knockout stages after six straight league-phase wins, we discuss how far the club might go and the benefits it could have for our players. 00:42:30 – Where are they now? - Keith Bray. No player lit up the post-Ferguson ICT team more than Keith Bray, whose dazzling form won him a January move to Dunfermline Athletic. Keith spoke to Stevie about growing up in Stornoway, coming through the ranks at Caley Thistle, breaking into the first team and why his move to Fife was dependent on coming back to Inverness on loan. 01:10:32 – Funny things that happen over the bridge. As it’s looking increasingly likely that ICT will be playing Ross County at least four times next season, we pay a rare visit to our near-neighbours and search in vain for a coherent footballing philosophy. 01:17:34 – What yi sayeen? – Charlie Christie. At the end of a big week for his family, Mr Inverness took the time to talk to Stevie about working with Scott Kellacher to build a winning squad, how Alan Savage’s vision for ICT is taking shape, and what Scotland and Ryan qualifying for the World Cup means to him. 01:55:42 Scottish Cup third round special, with Brian Johnston. No, not the AC/DC frontman… Saturday 29th November brings another first for Caley Thistle as the team takes on Lowland League side Tranent in the Scottish Cup. With 400 ICT supporters set to descend upon East Lothian for the occasion, Moff went along to the Belters’ game against Caledonian Braves to interview chairman Brian Johnston, scope out the opposition and find out everything you need to know about Forester’s Park and the surrounding pubs. 02:25:19 – League (and Cup) Lookahead. A very quick preview of the upcoming games against Alloa, Tranent, East Fife and Dumbarton. There's it!

    Satriale's Pie Store

As we digest the first quarter of the season, Caley Thistle’s 100% away league record lies in a shallow grave in Cumbernauld. Why is North Lanarkshire where ICT’s dreams go to die? Why does no-one ever choose a pie for their last meal on earth? Why does The Climb make tough guys cry? And why should you never accept a ride in a boat from two foam-rubber Loch Ness Monsters? In our latest pod, Godfather Andrew Moffat and capos Sandy Sutherland, Stevie Riley and Andrew Young get stuck into all these questions and serve up the usual 31 years of ICT references, wild conjecture and mild distraction. Let’s shuffle! 00:00:56 – Introduction and Hamilton Postmortem. Moff introduces the panel and we analyse Saturday’s disappointing defeat in Cumbernauld and how the team might respond to it. 00:22:40 – First Quarter Report Card. We are 25% of the way through league season 2025-26, so it seems like a good time to look back and evaluate how ICT are doing so far. Who is top of the class? Who could do better? And who wins the prize for perfect attendance? 00:36:58 – Game by Game. The panel looks back at our recent league wins against East Fife and Queen of the South, a demolition of Dundee B in the KDM Evolution Challenge Cup Trophy, and considers whether new mascots Nessie and Nessa would be more at home in New Jersey. 00:48:09 – What yi sayeen? Remi Savage. Duncan Ferguson didn’t do much right at ICT, but he did bequeath us Remi Savage, one of our standout players since signing in January 2024. Remi spoke to Stevie about coming through at Liverpool and Newcastle, moving to Inverness, surviving administration, and his very positive feelings about the ICT squad and manager. 01:20:30 – The Club. Stevie gets emotional over Kell’s love of The Climb; we discuss Alan Savage’s plans for the future of the club as he takes full control of ICT; and we look forward to good times later this week, as Moff hosts the ICT Supporters’ Trust’s Scottish Cup 10th Anniversary night. 01:31:48 – What yi sayeen? David Proctor. An important contributor to two successful promotion campaigns and with more than 100 top-flight appearances for ICT under his belt, David Proctor is something of an unsung hero in Inverness. Now in his third spell with the club, having exchanged his boots for the physio’s table, David tells Stevie about life after leaving Caley Thistle, why he has returned, and how being a former player has helped him in his new career. 02:02:47 – League Lookahead. A very quick skip through the upcoming games against Forfar in the Challenge Cup and Kelty Hearts and Peterhead in the league. There's it!  Whaddayagottado?

With administration over, Alan Savage confirmed as outright owner and chairman, Kell and Billy in the dugout, points accumulating and crowds on the rise, Inverness Caledonian Thistle has finally got its soul back. And it doesn’t just have its soul; it also has Sole! In this first full-size podcast since the 2025-26 league season began, Moff, Sandy, Stevie and AY discuss the impact made by the rocket man from Watford and we hear from Liam himself; we also have a more sedate chat with Joe Chalmers, analyse games past and games to come, and shoehorn in the usual 31 years of ICT references, wild conjecture and mild distraction. Let’s shuffle! 00:00:58 – Highs and lows. Moff introduces the panel and we reveal our highs and lows from the opening weeks of the season 00:05:35 – Game by Game. The panel looks back at our recent league wins against Alloa and Montrose, and against Stirling Albion and Aberdeen B in the KDM Evolution Trophy aka the Challenge Cup. 00:39:55 – What yi sayeen? – Liam Sole. The on-loan Livingston winger has made an electrifying start to his ICT career, bringing the support to their feet with every touch of the ball and scoring the winning goals in our last two games. He spoke to Stevie about his career to date, the high expectations he places on himself, and his hopes for his time in Inverness. 01:09:22 – The Club. The official end of administration! The renaming of Caledonian Stadium! Why is Alfie Stewart playing for two clubs? Will Robbie Thompson’s loan move to Brora be the making of him? We dissect the latest goings-on behind the scenes at Caley Thistle. 01:21:40 – The New Kit. Caley Thistle’s new home strip was finally unveiled on August 28th. What do the TWS panellists think of it, and why is Alan Savage no longer talking to Stevie? Plus: we look forward to the recently-announced Scottish Cup Winners 10th Anniversary Night 01:32:10 – What yi sayeen? – Joe Chalmers. One of the first signings announced in the close season was the return of Joe Chalmers to the club. Stevie talked to the elegant midfielder about what brought him back to Inverness, the spirit among the current squad and his affection for garlic bread. 02:07:20 – League Lookahead. We look forward to September’s remaining league fixtures, against Cove Rangers, Queen of the South and East Fife. 02:16:48– Competition winner announced!
