Man, actually, this podcast was just regular journal entries, and I started writing in 2015 when I had decided to go back into the shelter system after leaving it the first time, because I fell in love. Yeah, love. So when I started writing these things down, a lot of these are gonna have a lot of female experiences attached to it, because I've dealt with a lot of women in my life, and I left my home to go to the streets because I didn't feel comfortable with the men in my house, just or the men in my life, fuck the house, it was really the men in my life that I didn't feel comfortable around.

    It is ok to sit with your feelings and thoughts. Take the time needed to figure it out before you do something that you cannot undo. Ill talk to yall next month. Until then, be kind to yourself.     I Am....

    I have been feeding myself my verbal medication. I cannot and should not always feel like I should bother someone else when can give myself the love a respect that I know I deserve. You should do the same for yourself as well, because no one else is here to do that for you. They physically can't.     No 💵 No Intelligence

    The more I learn about myself as I do some introspective work, the more I slowly interact with in this world. As I start talk to people more and more building conversations skills communication skills back up. I'm learning who to speak to how to speak to them.     Keep it line... People have really been in their own world. I thought we were all here to help one another in some kinda way. Being selfish helps no one but being selfless can and will positively impact someone. Self oppression is real. I should know... I got two questions. Why do you allow yourself to do what you know is NOT healthy or helpful to your mental health? Why are you shocked when you get the help that you know you have asked the universe for?     My life is changing and it's a positive experience this time. 8yrs ago, If I hadn't stopped myself from falling deeper into that black 🕳️ called "the cellphone" I can confidently say that I would probably in the psych hospital. I had to speak to my mental in a healthy way. Life really began evolving once i started, so i cannot stop now. There's too many people upset right now and I'm not here to add to it.     Every single time I watch or read anything about the 📰, my undefined ESP gets hot and my energy levels begin to drop. To counter this seemingly endless cycle, i have my yoga, qi dong and affirmations. We are better than what Diaper John is attempting to turn us back into. Remember VCRs no longer exist.
