「違憲状態」６件目判決　７月参院選、合憲は４件―「１票の格差」・仙台高裁

７月参院選の「１票の格差」を巡る仙台高裁の判決後、「違憲状態」などと書かれた紙を掲げる升永英俊弁護士ら、７日午後、仙台市青葉区「１票の格差」が最大３．１３倍だった７月の参院選は投票価値の平等に反し違憲だとして、升永英俊弁護士らのグループが選挙無効を求めた訴訟の判決が７日、仙台高裁であり、石垣陽介裁判長は「違憲状態」と判断した。 A high court in Japan ruled Friday that the July 20 House of Councillors election was held "in a state of unconstitutionality" in terms of vote-value disparities between prefectural constituencies, which reached a maximum of 3.13 times.
