    You Cant Be Happy Without This | Episode 008

    If you always take care of everyone and you undermine yourself, that is a recipe for disaster. On the flip, if you always look out for yourself and never look out for those around you, who wants to be around you after a while? Feels like there is no one thing we can do to be happy. The solution? Do both. Or more specifically, understand and respect the delicate balance between the two P's. Passion and Purpose. I didn't say this in the video but this is important!     Stop Trying To Be Perfect (A Message To Creatives) | Episode 006

    Do you ever create something and think its okay? Only to come back later and think its horrible? Your mind is in a different state when your creatively flowing vs when your tasked with editing. When you edit your judging whether something deserves to be seen, heard or expressed. If you edit too early in the creative process and you wont be able to create anything. This is writers block. Some professionals don't even want to concern themselves with a production after they helped create it. The reason? They can always find something to improve on. Something they regret.     Hey everyone, I hope your having a great day.  We do less of what we want, when we feel we may not be good enough. When we take outside negative judgement and judge ourselves with it. We hold ourselves back by not having enough confidence.   But what is Confidence? It's a belief that allows you to practice and grow until you're able to manifest what you want in your life. The trick is, how can you believe you will achieve something you never done? Or worse, how can you achieve something you've been told that you can't?  Even if you managed to get started, your doubt may stop you.     You don't have to be the best. You are enough, as you are, right now! There are always people in different positions or at different levels of ability at certain things. Just because someone might be able to do better than you at X, that doesn't make you worthless. Appreciate and inspire those that admire your current ability level. Be confident, while humble enough to accept their compliments and not downplay their opinion because you don't think your worth it. Stop comparing yourself to someone greater than you at the moment and leverage the admiration and posistivity to shine your light. Delight and enlighten that individual and yourself.     Workout With Me (2daypresents The Audio Experience 002)

    Hey, everyone. When I show myself working out, its' too encourage others to be their best, not to gloat. So I decided to create a way for you to workout with me doing one of my favorite workouts called the 7 Minute Workout. Its a full body exercise combining calisthenics and aerobic activity. There's only 5 secs between each set so if you rarely workout this might be challenging at first. But the actual workout itself is about only 7 minutes long and who doesn't have 7 min? Whether you never workout or your religious we all slack so why not get back on track today and not tomorrow with 2day, lol. No gym required just a mat, chair and wall. Got any more excuses or reasons not to workout today? Leave a comment so I can find a way around it, lol.
