It’s the story of the 1947 alien crash (it was a weather balloon) in Roswell, New Mexico, that has been covered up by the government for years (it’s all unfounded conspiracy theories) until Kyle MacLachlan decides to put on all his Members Only jackets 30 years later and uncover the truth over the course of one weekend.
