    Kinda A Hot Mess

    Kinda Influenced Season 2 Episode 4 Kinda a hot mess  **Trigger warning** this episode discusses intentional weight loss from 37:19-54:00 0:00-23:00  Intro:  In true Sarah and Zoe fashion the girls kick off this episode all over the place, giving a nod to the greatest Canadian Institution, Canadian Tire, talking about vacuum cleaners and steam mops, and babies throwing up on couches! This intro really sets the tone for the rest of the episode, a little bit of everything.   Sarah goes on to share a story about her dad who returns everything to costco, even after years of use.  From there they cover meet the teacher night, and a little incident Theo had at school (totally justified!) 23:00-37:35 Zoe goes on the share about her first experience on being invited to a big event from a brand! She was lucky enough to go see Sabrina Carpenter with Velour beauty! E3 Kinda a week from hell 0:00-26:14 Intro:  The girls catch up on the last two weeks, sharing everything they have been up to, from trips to family sickness, trying on clothes, Sarah’s trip to Whistler and explains what happened with Sully and her eyeball.  26:15-53:01 Secret Lives of Mormon Wives  Zoe and Sarah both watched SLOMW and share how they felt about the series.  They share their perspective about the show from a content creator perspective, from a regular viewer, and how the show made them feel.  This sparked conversation about true friendships, performative friendships and how this show could be viewed as very toxic.

    Kinda Influenced  Kinda pretending we ae going to therapy  Season 2 Episode 2 0:00-29:30 Intro: The Girls kick off the episode catching up on their week, Zoe helped her Aunt move and had to adult a lot, which didnt feel great this week! Theo also started school this week, so Zoe catches us up on how that went! They touch on Taylor Swifts appearance at the season opener which leads to a chat about sports - go sports! Sarah shares the why behind no shop September and her recent trip to Alo, spoiler alert, she spent too much money.   29:31-37:20 Whats trending:  Zoe watched Black Phone and really liked it, she recommends, but says it was a little creepy but touches on a lot of sensitive subjects! Sarah has spent a ton of time on 5th wheel tiktok and is currently convinced she could sell all her stuff and move into an RV and travel the country.   37:21-1:00:05 The girls spend the rest of the episode chatting through whats going on in their lives, they both are looking into getting back into therapy and share what they are currently going through.  Zoe is going through a lot of self doubt, and Sarah has been struggling with feeling like she is constantly failing and not getting enough done, or done well enough.

Its been a great season, and they are so grateful to everyone who has listened, but with a lot of life changes going on is Sarahs life, and a busy summer for both of them, they are taking the summer off, but will be back in September!  For this episode the girls are still together in Edmonton so they chat about what their plan is for the rest of the day - the weather is crummy, so a food tour is a must! This prompts the girls to chat about what their death row meal would be and if they would help someone burry a body.   15:49-39:48 This episode is all about bucket list items for the girls! Zoe and Sarah figured closing the season with some goals and things they would like to achieve is only fitting! Their bucket lists include things like driving across Canada, travel, brand trips and even writing a book!  They finish off the episode sharing what their personal highs and lows of the season were, and what they hope to achieve next season!

The girls kick off the episode talking about Zoes travel experience to Edmonton, how her flight was, and shares that its her first time flying alone ever! The first things the girls did when Zoe got to Edmonton was head to West Edmonton Mall, and Zoes reaction to it was priceless!  Sarah shares that Sully has been in daycare all week, and its actually been going really well, shes been getting along with everyone and has been seeming to really enjoy it which has been a total relief for Sarah! Sarah talks a little bit about how she feels like daycare is going to allow her to show up as the best version of herself, and fill her cup as well as Sullys!  17:23-50:20 Red Flags: The girls spend the rest of the episode talking about their own personal red flags when it comes to work, family, friends and partners.  Some of the topics they touch on are bad texters, pizza parties and family members that feel like they can say whatever they want!  Its important to remember that these are personal red flags for the girls, and are meant to be tongue and cheek!
