    Let's dispel the myth that men are simple with basic needs; most are extremely complicated and are just avoidant types.

    Men are not simple human beings with basic needs,  but are (like all human beings) complicated in that they carry with them a multitude of traumas and wounds that have never been processed, which can make them physically, emotionally, and mentally dissociated, preferring to escape from difficult conversations, exposing their emotions, and deep connection with their partner.  Escape takes place through multiple behaviors (scrolling, TV, smoking, alcohol, sex, socializing, work, hobbies, sports...activities that are not “wrong” in themselves but become complicated if chosen to avoid connection with one's partner). We see and hear this in many romantic relationships in our society (see the phenomenon of ghosting), but we continue with the narrative that women are a pain in the ass when in reality they are only looking for a deep and truthful connection (generally speaking, there are women who are just as avoidant).  The first step is to stop defining ourselves as simple and basic in our needs and start looking at the complexity behind these behaviors.     Sfatiamo il mito che gli uomini sono semplici con bisogni basici, la maggior parte sono estremamente complicati e sono solo evitanti.

    Gli uomini non sono esseri umani semplici con bisogni basici,  ma sono (come tutti gli esseri umani) complicati in quanto si portano dietro una moltitudine di traumi e ferite mai processate che li possono rendere Dissociati fisicamente, emotivamente e mentalmente preferendo a conversazioni difficili, esposizione delle proprie emozioni, connessione profonda con la propria partner LA FUGA.  La fuga avviene attraverso molteplici comportamenti (scrolling, tv, fumo, alcol, sesso, socialità, lavoro, hobby, sport...attività che di per sè non sono "sbagliate" ma diventano complicate se scelte per evitare connessione con il proprio partner). Vediamo ed ascoltiamo questo in moltissime relazioni sentimentali nella nostra società (guarda il fenomeno ghosting), ma si continua con la narrativa che la donna è una rompi coglioni quando in realtà cerca solo una connessione profonda e veritiera (generalmente parlando, ci sono donne altrettanto evitanti).  Smettere di definirsi semplici e basici nei propri bisogni e cominciare a guardare la complessità che c'è dietro questi comportamenti è il primo passo.
