Thank you for a simple model of management that makes sense and all the things I have tried out has improved my ability to manage my teams.

Wendii, Mark, Mike, Dani, and team - you guys are amazing. Just want to say thanks for the outstanding work you do on these podcasts. They are valuable, and have helped me as a manager in so many direct and indirect ways. Directly, just understanding and implementing the trinity has made me much more effective. Indirectly, just knowing that I'm doing management right gives me so much time back that I used to spend questioning myself. Thankfully I'm a subscriber, because just this week I had to grab some show notes for a podcast for a quick review before deciding how to deal with two team members that are not getting along. Invaluable! Please keep up the great work. I sincerely hope that all managers listen to your podcasts - the world will simply be a better place if they do.

I was promoted as a manager 4 months ago. Manager tools feels like having a coach by my side who has always time and has enormous experience. I've learned so much and put so much from this into practice. Yesterday, after explaining that I'm using the interview creation tool, asked me if he should order me a "I love manager-tools" tshirt because he saw that I turned in a fanboy :-)
