    Ruth Speed - From Funtington to L’Étape du Tour

    Ruth Speed hadn't done much other than childhood cycling and a couple of days on a bike in Milan until a year ago, but next month she is taking part in the gruelling L'Étape du Tour scaling three mountains and 100 miles!     Mark Record - Creative cycling advocacy

    Mark Record is a cycling campaigner with creative ideas. He's a science technician at the local college and he created a bicycle-powered karaoke machine to inspire the students and show them the power of bikes and science.
