Delivering Services that Touch Residents
An "over the fence" conversation with former Mayor Ken Willcox years ago led Wayzata resident, Jeff Buchanan, to apply to be a City volunteer. Jeff then served two years on the Planning Commission and ultimately ran for a seat on the Wayzata City Council.
