    What if the stress you're carrying isn't just in your head but literally woven into your body? In this episode, I'm diving into the fascinating science of fascia: the 3D web of connective tissue that runs through you from head to toe, holds your body together, and carries electrical signals (called biophotons, yes, biological light!) between your brain and body. I'll walk you through why the 7 places in your body with the highest concentration of fascia also happen to align with your endocrine glands AND your 7 major chakras. Whether you're a science person, a spiritual person, or both, this one will shift the way you think about energy, stress, and healing. I also talk about how daily life causes fascia to tighten and store tension (hello, back knots), why emotions can get physically stuck in the body, and how Reiki works along the fascial lines to gently release what your nervous system has been holding on to. This is the episode I wish I'd had when teaching through Covid pushed my own nervous system to its edge. I hope it helps you understand your body and yourself  a little more deeply.     I know you probably read that title and are thinking, how is that witchcraft or spiritual in nature? I'll tell you that I have always heard that, "History goes to the victors". But THIS right here, I wasn't taught. As I read more on it, surprise surprise, it was stolen and renamed.  This is why community is important. This is why we need to pass down our traditions. If we don't it will be lost or stolen or rebranded. I've never liked gatekeeping. How silly. So I urge you to write in that journal and Grimoire.
