Talk Ultra's podcasts frequently come in over 3 hours. Talk Ultra has great interviewees however the interview questions are not particulalry inspiring and one is left wondering what one was listening to for the last three hours. Every now and then an interviewee will give some good advice on how they prepare for a race or what they do during the race. However, this is few and far between.
