    6. My Current Situation: Self-Worth Issues, Financial Dependence & Nervous System Regulation

    This episode is a raw reflection on the self-perpetuating cycle of shame and low self-worth leading to a dysregulated nervous system, leading to shame and low self-worth, leading to a dysregulated nervous system and on and on and on... and how working with the body and the subconscious through somatic practices like breathwork might be the only way to break out of this debilitating cycle. In true 6th line fashion (Human Design lingo—there‘ll be an episode) I talk about these topics via my own experiences, especially my current circumstances of financial dependence and dealing with low self-worth, shame, and scarcity. I often feel quite alone with those things, even though I know that so many people out there struggle with the same (or at least similar) issues. So with this episode I really want to hold you by your hand and tell you that you‘re not alone with your struggles, I see you, and you do not need to prove your worth!
