    #24 - Social Media Is Ruining Us All

    Welcome to another episode.  3 weeks ago I deleted my instagram account.  Social Media has seemingly become an inextricable part of society and every day it seems more and more elements of our lives find their way into it. Some professions even require a social media presence and we have entire career fields dedicated to assisting businesses with their social media. It is no secret that social media addiction is running rampant in our society and unfortunately I found myself amongst many who spend more time than they would like to admit consuming on these apps.  Perhaps sometime in the future I will start another account but for now the benefits of not being on the app far out weigh the benefits of being on it. -Zack R
