Patrick Sang is undoubtedly one of the most successful coaches of all times. He has coached some of the best athletes in the world, including Olympic gold medalists and world champions. His coaching philosophy is centered on hard work, discipline, and a focus on the fundamentals. He has a talent for identifying potential in his athletes and developing that potential into greatness.  He has coached some of the greatest distance runners of all time, including Eliud Kipchoge, the world record holder in the marathon, and Faith Kipyegon, the Olympic gold medalist in the 1500 meters. Sang's coaching has also led to success for many other athletes, including Geoffrey Kamworor, Conseslus Kipruto, and Brigid Kosgei.  Sang's coaching philosophy is built on the fundamentals of hard work, discipline, and a focus on the details. He believes that success is not just about talent, but about dedication and determination. 2 Wochen Kenia liegen hinter uns, kurz vor der Abreise haben sich Basti und Chris zusammen gesetzt um ihre Eindrücke mit euch zu teilen. Und weil diese nicht genug sind, haben sie sich noch Unterstützung von Freddy und Yannick geholt.

Der Crew Talk aus Kenia dieses mal also zu viert 😃

Zwischen Training und Kenia Planung haben sich Basti und Chris nochmal schnell die Mikros geschnappt um euch ein Update zu geben.

Die Impfungen sind (fast) alle geschafft, das Visum ist beantragt, aber ob wirklich alle mitkommen können bleibt noch offen 🙈

Dennoch lichtet sich langsam der Nebel und die Vorfreude steigt.

Es riecht nach frisch gebrühten Espresso und die Weihnachtskekse liegen auf dem Tisch. Chris und Basti lassen das Jahr Revue passieren, schwelgen in Erinnerungen und verraten euch wo es für die Crew im Februar hin geht.
