    Be selfish

    If you’re the person everyone calls, checks in with, leans on, or depends on, this episode is for you. Helping people is a beautiful thing, but constantly pouring into others comes at a cost. What’s even more painful is realizing that the very people you’ve consistently shown up for can eventually start to feel irritated by your presence, misread your intentions, or see your support as condescension. Not because you changed, but because receiving help for too long can quietly bruise a person’s pride. In this episode, we talk about why you don’t have to keep sacrificing yourself to save everyone else. It’s all about protecting vulnerability, celebrating quirks, and keeping your friendships safe and real.
