(Ep. 91) Mr. Spann Official Podcast "The Internet Doing What The Internet Does"

On this episode of Mr. Spann Official, we are joined by our sister Cook Simmons! On tonight's episode we catch up with our sister and see how life has been treating her, then we dive into the happenings of the week. Like why were people so pressed that there be beef between Rev. Jeremiah Wright and President Barack Obama at the Jessie Jackson funeral? Why were people suggesting that Jessie Jackson Jr. also had beef with all of the political people his family invited to speak at the services? Oh, and did y'all know that the Target boycott was allegedly over? Pastor Jamal Bryant may have just stepped in it when he declared the boycott over that he didn't start. And did you know that Uber was rolling out an option for women passengers and drivers that would let them choose each other to use the services? Kansas is revoking the drivers licenses of over 1700 transgender residents in the state, and yes, Spann said he wouldn't talk about Stephen A. Smith anymore on the show, but some of the ESPN blowhard's latest comments, he can't let slide. We'll examine all of that and more tonight as we get to the Real Talk, ALL THE TIME right here on the 91st episode of Mr. Spann Official! Contact Mr. Spann! 2. (Ep. 89) Mr. Spann Official Podcast "America's House Is Burning"

    19 JANV.

(Ep. 89) Mr. Spann Official Podcast "America's House Is Burning"

On this episode of Mr. Spann Official, we start off with a grateful Spann, hitting the mic after avoiding what could have been a catastrophic accident earlier in the day. Then we talk about the happenings of the past week. Like journalist Lynn Jones setting the sports media landscape ablaze just by showing kindness during a press conference. Comedian Druski had the church folks upset with his latest skit making fun of the antics of mega church preachers, There was an affair between a Detroit bus driver and her supervisor that made the news, and I'm starting to wonder why? Donald Trump got called a "Pedophile Protector" while touring a Detroit area auto plant, getting the worker suspended, but probably more better off financially. Rapper Tish Hyman is putting her hat in the ring to run for Mayor of Los Angeles. Her one issue, Trans women in women's bathrooms. Donald Trump has threatened to invoke the insurrection act in Minneapolis after demonstrations have become heated after the shooting death of Renee Goode by ICE agents. Trump is also threating NATO allies with tariffs if they don't step aside and just agree to let the United States take over Greenland. And on this MLK holiday weekend, are we finally at the point where right wing conservatives stop pretending to be a fan of MLK and reveal themselves to be hostile to his message and everything he stood for? We'll examine all of that tonight as we get to the Real Talk, ALL THE TIME right here on the 89th episode of Mr. Spann Official! Contact Mr. Spann!
