We also discuss the deeper purpose behind our desires and goals, with Ana encouraging people to face their fears and embrace their unique qualities.  After a decade of supporting moms through their childbearing years with massage therapy and doula work, Ana recognized that her clients recurring physical ailments were connected to how they were processing their thoughts and emotions around pregnancy and motherhood. This led her to pivot her approach towards supporting women through all stages of their childbearing years by learning the language of the unconscious mind through hypnosis. She now supports moms by using various hypnotherapy tools to help moms let go of emotions and thoughts that keep them feeling stuck, and open them up to the possibility of thriving in motherhood. Ana lives in Orlando with her husband and daughter and can be often found exploring her beautiful new city. She now offers virtual hypnosis sessions.
