    Jeffrey Rutstein, PsyD: You Can Shift the State of Your Nervous System

    Our understanding of the human nervous system has grown exponentially in recent years, thanks to astounding discoveries from neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, trauma research, Attachment Theory, and other emerging fields.
