    MP's (Or should I say Boris) Decided they will pay themselves an extra 3k per year for all the "Great" work they have been doing during this virus. I am all for people getting rewarded for hard work and good deeds, that's why I think Health workers, Key workers and anyone else that has helped keep this country afloat deserve a pay rise. Not our MP's though! They have done nothing to deserve a pay rise & the cheek of it is infuriating since no pay rises have been offered to those I mentioned above. This is what happens when you let Rich, Eton Bred Pr**ks run riot. People should be angered by this and make as much noise as possible. Funny how the working classes get thanked by a weekly applause but the rich pay themselves more money from our pockets. Fair ?

    Mind Hop is a podcast centred around mental health. Many of us struggle to open up about this topic but I want to change that. I am looking for anyone from any walk of life who has suffered or is suffering from mental health at the minute to get in touch.     MIND HOP- EP 1

    SO this was a tough subject for me to openly talk about. But I hide my fear, despair & utter panic everyday behind closed doors just like a lot of others who struggle with mental health. In the very first episode I thought it would be fitting if I talk about my Health Anxiety. Health anxiety is a weird one as it ties in with OCD or at least obsessive, intrusive thought patterns (At least it does with me). I have struggled with Intrusive thoughts which I obsess over since I can remember & It has been a constant source of pain and worry for me. I am doing this because I want others who suffer and hide their worries & mental health struggles to share their experiences because as cheesy as it sounds, Sometimes it's better to suffer together. If anyone hears this and is worried about their own mental health please do not suffer on your own. Reach out to someone because I know the isolation you feel when you feel as though nobody will understand.I am lucky to have an amazing Partner who supports me everyday and has helped me cope when I thought I could not, but If you think you are alone, trust me you are not.  Anyway, I hope you "Enjoy" This episode as much as you can & If you do want to appear on the Mind Hop  podcast Or The P.O.P.E Podcast please do get in touch.
