    Croyance fondamentales et schéma d'actions

    Nous avons tous des croyances fondamentales datant de notre enfance qui nous on permis de comprendre le monde qui nous entourait et de mettre un peu ordre dans ce chaos ambiant. C'est comme ça que nous pouvons fonctionner.  Hors certaines de ses croyances qui autrefois nous ont permis de nous y retrouver, nous rende la vie plus dur qu'elle ne l'est vraiment.

    Aujourd'hui je vous parle un peu plus de moi et à quel point j'ai pu être et suis encore parfois terrifié à l'idée de lever pour mes idées et ce que je veux (littéralement).

    J'ai réalisé une "guided release" et fais face à certains blocage et réalisé qu'il y avais certaines part de moi que je n'acceptais pas.

    L'importance de l'écoute face aux problèmes d'addiction

    Aujourd'hui j'accueille le Dr. André, médecin généraliste travaillant sur Bruxelles.  J'ai fais sa rencontre il y a plusieurs mois, alors que je m'étais remis à fumer du cannabis et prendre des extazy et de la cocaïne. Son écoute et ses conseils ont participé à me donner la force de me sortir de là, couper les ponts avec les relations néfastes pour moi et reprendre ma vie en main. Cela fais maintenant 7 mois que je n'ai ni fumer de cannabis ni consommer d'autre drogue. Dans cet épisode nous parlons d'addiction et de la vision que la société à de l'addiction. Nous revenons aussi sur les différents éléments qui m'ont aidé à me sortir de là comme s'entourer des bonnes personnes et la prise de nouvelle habitude

    Sex and Porn addiction with Dr. Robert Weiss

    Some of you may have heard about the movement "No Fap" or  "No Fap November", thousands of men gathering to stop jerking off on porn. It can sounds like a funny challenge but one part of these men are addict to porn. Porn addiction like others addictions can lead to negative consequences like loss of job, relationship trouble, social isolation,  depression, anxiety and many others. I've had the honor to discuss Porn and Sex addiction with Dr. Robert Weiss. Robert Weiss PhD, LCSW is Chief Clinical Officer of Seeking Integrity LLC, a unified group of online and real-world communities helping people to heal from intimacy disorders like compulsive sexual behavior and related drug abuse. As Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Rob led the development and implementation of Seeking Integrity’s residential treatment programming and serves as an integral part of the treatment team. He is the author of ten books on sexuality,  technology, and intimate relationships, including Sex Addiction 101, Out of the Doghouse, and Prodependence.
