The Lady and the Ghost: An Absurd Vintage Ghost Story

Too much buzzing in your skull to sleep?! Join me for tonight's humorous and etherial adventure into what I would consider "very terrible ghostly behavior." It's so unfair! Anyway, we follow a fancy lady, dressed in silk and finery, as she encounters the ghost of a former love interest. After SHE has moved on perfectly happily (I'd like to think). This ghost, who is so terrified that no one will remember him, makes a truly dreadful deal (at least for the Lady). Give this old classic ghost story a listen. It should be okay to sleep to - nothing too scary except for the "gentlemen" ghost's rude manners and unfair asks! Oh! It was also featured in "Cosmopolitan" magazine back in the day, if that gives you any indication as to the story content! This tale, "The Lady and the Ghost" By Rose Cecil O'Neill is from a collection of "humorous ghost stories" and is read in a soft voice and set to some light and eerie background music. I do hope you enjoy the this evening's short ghost story! Join me for tonight's really creepy and weird fairy tale. It's weird and very creepy and just consider this your warning!
