All the feels in Feel Good & This Way Up - Part 1

Kakes, Resh & Veds bring you British humour at its finest, from the genius minds of comedians Aisling Bea and Mae Martin. Their shows, This Way Up and Feel Good are stellar examples of the “dramedy” genre, tackling similar themes of mental health, co dependent relationships, family, and all the nuance in between. There was SO much to be said about these two shows, that this episode is a two parter (we thought we’d spare you). First part is an effusive commentary on This Way Up, a little show with the biggest heart, and that, unsurprisingly, won our hearts too. Digressions include why funny people are sad (i.e we are the saddest clowns), the comedians in our families, women are so cool and their art is the coolest...and Post Malone and Childish Gambino should reconsider their stage names. Uncovering Lady Parts & wrapping up The Bold(EST) Type

This episode, the montage-a-trois (sorry not sorry) is serving sisterhood punk realness. The main course, We are Lady Parts, is a joyous take on faith, feminism and friendship. The ladies feast on it’s triumphant depiction of intersectionality along with thoughtful Muslim representation. The side dish is the extremely loud & incredibly verbose, The Bold Type (#TBT more like #OTT). They bid farewell to this best friend show, its failing feminism and flop fashuunn. And for dessert, multiple digressions that include a wet Adam Driver, an amorous Timmy Chalamet and the age old question...WHERE IS ABHISHEK BACHCHAN?
