MAIROS

MAIROS

Based in Berlin, the artist began his long musical journey in 2005, emerging from a mythical place not found on any map — Kazantip. Since then, his name has appeared on posters of cult venues across Eastern Europe, the magical island of Koh Phangan, Ibiza, and many other points around the globe. Through perseverance and an early dedication to vinyl-only DJing, he gained recognition from promoters of the early 2000s, allowing him to firmly integrate into the club scene of the entire post-Soviet space. After relocating to Germany in 2022, he shifted his focus toward studio work. Based in Munich until 2025, he worked intensively in a high-end private studio environment owned by Innellea, refining his sound and deepening his approach to composition and production. During this period, his artistic vision became more defined, balancing emotional depth with modern electronic aesthetics. In 2023, he released his debut single “Acid Tokyo” on Solaris Records (Germany), followed by the “Bookhorst” EP on Acker Records in 2024.
In the summer of 2024, he delivered a remix for legendary Giorgio Moroder, reimagining the iconic track “E = MC²” and giving it new life through a modern indie-wave perspective. After 2024, his catalogue continued to expand with further releases, reflecting an evolving and increasingly refined sound.
In early 2026, one of his tracks is set to be featured on “My Duro 13”, a compilation by DURO, a label that stands at the forefront of the indie-dance and techno scene in Latin America. In the studio, he continues searching for his sound, aiming to bring something new to the complex and fragile balance of electronic music.
