    Dr. Gary Fettke is a retired Orthopaedic Surgeon in Tasmania, Australia. He and his wife Belinda, have been fighting against corruption in the nutrition world for years.


    Although he has retired from his Orthopaedic practice, he remains very vocal in public health advocacy and is currently working with a group to have therapeutic carbohydrate restriction included as a safe option in the management (and prevention) of Type 2 diabetes in Australia. 



    He has a major interest in the preventative medicine and encourages his patients to lose weight before undergoing surgery. He is an advocate of a low carbohydrate, healthy fat (LCHF) lifestyle for the various health benefits, including the reversal of type 2 diabetes.


    Gary has fought through major smear campaigns against him which prompted his wife Belinda (a previous guest on this podcast), to uncover major religious and financial conflicts of interests in the world of nutrition.

    James Leman almost diet when following a vegan diet. He joins us on the podcast today to share his journey from deaths door on the vegan diet to thriving and healthy today on the carnivore diet.



    James was vegetarian and then vegan for 5 years before his health took a serious dive. He had multiple hospitalisations, autoimmune issues, anxiety & depression as well as many other health problems. He was convinced that it couldn't possibly be his diet, veganism (he had been told) was the healthiest diet out there...



    James reintroduced meat into his diet and is now thriving and spreading his message to others about the dangers of a vegan diet.

    Sam Feltham is an entrepreneur has been in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. Sam is an advocate of Low Carb Real Food diets in helping people to get healthy, lose weight and improve metabolic health. He is driving for change in the nutrition guidelines which encourage individuals to base their diet around carbohydrates.

    Starting out as a party coordinator at a sports centre he worked his way up to study at the European Institute of Fitness and qualified as a Master Personal Trainer.
