    Birmingham 2026 Day 6 with Heike Drechsler

    Send us Fan Mail After a fantastic Backstraight Meet Up we're a but worse for wear but did make it to the stadium for a jam packed evening (Some of which we don't really remember). Team GB won double relay Gold and the Irish fans had plenty to celebrate with HEP Gold for Kate O'Connor and 1500m Bronze for Andrew Coscoran. We're joined by coaching maestro  and 800m star Jenny Meadows to give us all the insider info. Elsewhere it was a good night for Tokyo21 legends as Gimbo defied the odds to make it 4 Euro HJ Golds and Karsten swept to victory with a CR in the 400h.     Send us Fan Mail We're joined by UK Sprint Queen Ashleigh Nelson as Team GB get off to a Golden start with Amy storming to victory in the 100m.  Reigning champions Leonardo Fabbri and Jessica Schilder retained their Shot Put titles but there was heartbreak for Scott Lincoln as he came agonisingly 4th again.
