Not going to lie friends, it was a tough week! Feeling a bit drained - emotionally, mentally & physically. But that’s ok. We have to feel it to heal it. My body & soul are reminding me that rest is just as important as progress. This week was all about alone time, inner work, & self reflection. Now, I am ready to RECHARGE. I wanted to be open about some of my struggles because I believe that when we are vulnerable, we give other people permission to be vulnerable too.
