    98) Not Everyone Can Go Where God Is Taking You

In this episode, we're diving into the book of Romans to unpack one of the most freeing truths of the Gospel: salvation is a gift. It isn't something you can earn, perform your way into, or deserve. Jesus already did the work. Our role is simply to receive it through faith. From there, we shift into a conversation that every believer needs to have: who you're surrounding yourself with matters. The people closest to you will either draw you closer to God or slowly pull you away from Him. If your friendships never encourage your faith, challenge you to grow, or point you back to Jesus, it may be time to prayerfully evaluate who's influencing your life. Your future is often shaped by the voices you give the most access to. We'll also look at the ordinary men and women God used throughout Scripture. They weren't chosen because they were the most qualified, they were chosen because they listened when God spoke and were willing to obey. Again and again, breakthrough came on the other side of their obedience. In this episode, we'll talk about:• Why salvation is by grace through faith, not by works.• What Romans teaches about the free gift of salvation.• Why your friendships have the power to strengthen or stunt your walk with God.• Questions to ask yourself about the people you keep closest.• How God uses ordinary people who simply say "yes."• Why obedience often leads to the breakthrough you've been praying for. If you've been trying to earn God's approval, feeling spiritually stagnant, or sensing that your circle may be influencing your relationship with Him more than you realized, this episode will encourage you to trust God's grace, choose your community wisely, and have the courage to obey when He calls. The people you walk with matter. The conversations you entertain matter. The voices you listen to matter. Because more often than not, the direction of your life is influenced by the company you keep. 97) If God Isn't Leading You... What Is?

Have you ever stopped and wondered, How am I actually making my decisions? Am I following my feelings, what makes the most sense... or am I truly listening for the voice of God? In this episode, we're diving into Hebrews 11 and what it really means to live by faith in a world that constantly tells us to trust ourselves instead. I share why I believe one of the biggest deceptions of our generation is believing that biblical values and holy living aren't actually that important and how that mindset slowly pulls us away from God's best. We'll also talk about how God is always working behind the scenes, even when we can't see it, and why we can confidently have faith that He's moving on our behalf. Plus, I share how Tim Price's new book A Greater Plan has been challenging and encouraging me in my own walk with the Lord. If you've been feeling stuck, unsure of your next step, or just wanting a deeper relationship with God instead of simply going through the motions of Christianity, I think this conversation will encourage you. My prayer is that by the end of this episode, you'll walk away with a renewed desire to hear God's voice, trust His timing, and remember that faith isn't wishful thinking, it's confidence in a God who has never stopped working. 96) The Danger of a Faith That Never Changes You

I think one of the biggest misconceptions in Christianity today is that following Jesus is mostly about knowing the rules, reading your Bible, and trying to be a good person. But when you read John 14, you see that Jesus was inviting us into so much more. A real relationship with Him through the Holy Spirit. In this episode, I'm sharing what it looks like to actually know God, not just know about Him. We talk about the importance of having a heart that is willing to be convicted and corrected by God, even when it's uncomfortable. Because the truth is, growth requires humility, and if we're never willing to be challenged, we'll never become who God is calling us to be. We talk about the role of the Holy Spirit and why He wasn't just for the early church in Acts, He's for us today. God still leads, speaks, convicts, comforts, and empowers His people. Following Jesus was never meant to be a checklist; it was always meant to be a relationship. And yes, we talk about the things many people don't want to talk about anymore: what we watch, what we listen to, who we date, and who we sleep with. Not because Christianity is about behavior modification, but because when you genuinely love someone, the way you live matters. The things we allow into our hearts influence our relationship with God whether we want them to or not. If you've been feeling stuck in religion, hungry for a deeper connection with God, or wondering what it actually means to walk with the Holy Spirit, I think this conversation will encourage and challenge you. 95) When God Doesn’t Do What You Prayed For

So what do you do when life does not turn out the way you prayed for it to? I share about one of the biggest struggles I faced during my divorce. Not questioning whether God could restore something, but wrestling with the reality that He simply wasn’t going to. We talk about the tension of knowing God is capable of miracles while also learning that faith cannot be conditional to getting the outcome we want. We look at the story in Mark where Jesus says, “Let the little children come to me,” and what it truly means to have childlike faith. Not naive faith. Not perfect faith. But dependent, honest, trusting faith that still reaches for God even when we do not fully understand what He is doing. This episode is for anyone carrying disappointment, grief, confusion, or unanswered prayers. I want to encourage you that even when life feels uncertain, God will absolutely meet you there. Sometimes He changes the situation. Sometimes He changes us. And I’ve learned that both, are beautiful. And both, hold so much purpose. We may not understand everything we walk through, but God does not waste pain. And what you’ve been through may become the very thing that helps someone else heal. What a holy gift that is. 94) If You Aren’t Changing, You Aren’t Seeking: Why the "Laws" Aren't Enough to Save Us

It’s been a few months… and I’m coming back with a different kind of conversation. In this episode, I’m talking about what it actually looks like to question your faith… not in a way that pulls you away from God, but in a way that brings you closer. Because if you don’t know why you believe what you believe, you’ll build your faith on something that can’t hold you. A lot of people talk a lot about the rules of God. What’s right, what’s wrong, what you should and shouldn’t do. But somewhere along the way, many people have lost the love of God in the process. And without His love, none of it works. Scripture says it’s His kindness that leads us to repentance… not shame, not pressure, not performance. But here’s the part we don’t always want to hear... real faith produces real change. If your desires look the same, your habits haven’t shifted, and your time is spent no differently than before… then what is your faith actually doing? Are you actually seeking God? Or just calling yourself a Christian? This episode is both a reflection and a challenge: to stop going through the motions and start living a faith that is real, active, and transformative. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about alignment. And having the honesty to ask: what in my life needs to change so I can fully live this out? 93) Lose the Distractions, Find Your Life | The Company You Keep

We’re talking about what it looks like to actually care about the things of God again. Not just saying we do, but living in a way that shows it. It requires a hard and honest look at our lives, our habits, our relationships, and asking, “Is this pulling me closer to Jesus or further away?” We get into John 14 and 15 and the reminder that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and that apart from Him, we can do nothing. Not “not much”… nothing. It’s a wake-up call and an invitation at the same time. Staying connected to Him isn’t just a nice Christian phrase. It’s the only way to have a life that actually feels rooted, peaceful, and purposeful. We also talk about cleaning house in a practical way. Boundaries. Saying no. Stepping back from environments that make it harder to stay close to God. Being more protective of your inner circle and more passionate about time in the Word. Not in a legalistic way but in a life-giving way. And here’s the shift I’m learning: if something falls away because you chose obedience, you didn’t lose it. You made room for something better. Sometimes following Jesus feels like pruning, but it always leads to growth. If you’ve been feeling a pull to go deeper, simplify, and get serious about your faith again, this episode will feel like a conversation you didn’t know you needed. 92) We’re Not Bringing That Into 2026 | Saved by Grace, Changed on Purpose

Holiness isn’t trendy. It isn’t popular. And in 2026, it definitely isn’t what culture is cheering for but it is what the Bible still calls us to. In this episode, we’re getting real about what the Bible actually says about salvation, transformation, and living a life that honors God. We’re unpacking why Scripture tells us that our hearts are strengthened by grace, not weakened by it. Why Romans reminds us that salvation is a free gift when we confess Jesus as Lord. And why belief always comes first - before behavior, before change, before growth. We’re also talking about how Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever… even when culture keeps shifting the standards. And why some things don’t need to be “worked through” they need to be walked away from. This is your reminder that holiness isn’t outdated. Conviction isn’t cruel. And obedience isn’t bondage - it’s freedom. In 2026, we’re not dragging old habits, old mindsets, or old compromises with us. This is for the ones who love Jesus but feel the tension of living differently. For the ones tired of bending truth to fit culture. For the ones ready to stop negotiating with conviction. Belief comes first. Transformation follows. And holiness isn’t outdated, it’s true freedom. 91) Start Over As Many Times As You Need | Keep Going and Keep Growing.

If you’ve ever felt ashamed for starting over, or exhausted because you’ve had to more than once... this episode is for you. I’m talking about what it really means to restart without guilt and why choosing to begin again is often one of the bravest, holiest thing you can do. We look into the story of the woman with the issue of blood in the book of Mark. The way she moved through the crowd in faith, believing that just touching Jesus would be enough. And it was. But it didn’t stop there. Jesus turned, stopped everything, and called her “daughter.” He made it clear that He sees and honors bold, faith-filled movement, even in our most fragile seasons. We talk about how there’s purpose in every season, even the ones that feel slow or silent. We look at how the fruit of the Spirit isn’t instant, it’s a process. Just like actual fruit takes time, weather, and change to grow. Trees need winter, spring, summer, and fall. And so do we. Every part of your journey, even the messy re-dos, is producing something beautiful. You’re not behind. You’re just becoming. And isn't that what we all are doing? As we close out 2025, I hope this reminds you that it’s not too late, you’re not too far gone, and you’re allowed to begin again. As many times as it takes.
