007 The somatics of partying & relating to over-stimulation w/ Naomi

A loud environment full of chaotic impressions does not automatically need to mean overwhelm to your sensitive body. In my second solo episode, I am sharing from my own observation of myself, after attending two larger events and enjoying them deeply while staying in close connection to my body & needs at all times. The journey with cacao spaces is not about unlocking more authenticity in yourself and a greater sensitivity of your body, so you have to stay away from parties or intense environments to protect yourself. In fact: that's a big misconception. So, in this podcast episode, I'm opening a space for a new possibility, maybe a playful experiment to stay in connection to your body – in the intimate & cozy spaces, and in the loud & highly-activating spaces, too. 004 From fashion model to cacao business owner | with Jordan Cohayney

Jordan's cacao journey starts with her education in herbal medicine. She was studying in London, while working as a fashion model, too. After getting to know plant medicine in South America, cacao seems to be the most accessible one to share coming back to the big city.
