Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Top liver detox recipes 0:48 8 best recipes for liver health 6:38 The best drink for liver detoxification 8:50 Check out my video on the liver health diet! Probiotic Link: (FLORASTOR Advanced) https://florastor.com/products/floras... These nutrient-rich liver foods aid in liver detoxification and create a vacuum effect, helping you lose weight from the midsection. To make these natural liver detox smoothies, combine the ingredients with one cup of water and one cup of ice. If you are following a strict keto diet, you may want to stick to recipes without pomegranate or papaya. If you have been doing keto for some time and feel your body can handle a small amount of these fruits—please give all of the recipes a try! Always get organic fruit when possible, and try to keep your net carbs under 50g per day. 1. Spinach and kiwi Blend 1 cup of spinach with 2 to 3 kiwis. Spinach supports healthy blood sugar and can also help remove fat from the abdomen, while kiwi has properties to protect the liver against damage. 2. Spinach and grapefruit Combine 1 cup of spinach with 1 grapefruit. Grapefruit increases your sensitivity to insulin and increases bile flow. 3. Kale and pomegranate Cruciferous vegetables like kale aid in liver detoxification and have anti-inflammatory properties. Pomegranate also decreases inflammation and prevents fat from accumulating in the liver. 4. Papaya Combine one whole chopped papaya with water and ice. Papaya is loaded with enzymes that can help digestion and decrease inflammation in the liver. 5. Celery and blueberries Combine 1 cup of chopped celery with 1 cup of blueberries. Celery Increases bile production and reduces liver inflammation. Blueberries reduce liver fat, and their polyphenols help remove excess iron from the body. 6. Cucumber and lemon Combine 1 cup of each of these ingredients. Cucumber is hydrating and has electrolytes. It increases liver detoxification and can help prevent NAFLD. Lemon can also improve liver detoxification. 7. Avocado and strawberries Combine 1 cup of each! Avocado contains glutathione, one of the most potent antioxidants, and also has reparative properties for the liver. Strawberries help increase overall liver function and metabolism and remove fat from the liver. 8. Coconut and papaya Coconut contains lauric acid, which is beneficial for the immune system. It contains MCT fat, which turns into ketones. This combination decreases inflammation and scarring on the liver. Dr. William Davis developed a recipe combining fruit juice with a friendly microbe found in Florastor. Try this beverage to support the gut and suppress diarrhea and SIBO. Calorie counting and portion control will leave you feeling hungry and constantly craving carbs. The body adapts to a low-calorie diet, leading to a slower metabolism. A low-calorie, high-carbohydrate diet raises insulin levels. I’m sure you’ve heard these other bad weight loss tips: • Eat 6 small meals per day • Count calories • Increase fiber • Drink more water to help you feel full • Chew gum • Take Ozempic These tips will not boost fat loss! Your body can use fat or glucose for fuel. Although stored fat is potential energy, you must lower your insulin to utilize it. Insulin resistance is at the root of many chronic illnesses and can negatively affect the liver, nervous system, immune system, and more. Low-calorie diets that don’t lower insulin are not sustainable. You won’t be able to achieve your goals if you're hungry, craving carbs, dealing with brain fog, high blood pressure, or other related issues. If you really want to lose weight, stop calorie counting! Try these 13 weight loss tips instead: 1 Don’t use pre-workout, sugary drinks, or protein bars. 2. Keep your carbs at around 10 to 20 grams per day. 3. No bright lights at night. 4. Get early morning sun. 5. Avoid late-night snacking. 6. Never buy junk food at the grocery store. Don’t shop while hungry! 7. Be cautious around social situations. 8. Walk after meals. 9. Don’t eat unless you’re hungry. 10. Prioritize healthy animal protein. 11. This One Video Could Save MILLIONS of Lives!

Do you have vertical ridges on your fingernails? Don’t treat the symptom without determining the root cause! In this video, we’ll discuss some potential causes of nail ridges to help you address the problem instead of covering it up. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: What causes ridges on nails? 0:45 Iron deficiency symptoms 1:58 Zinc deficiency symptoms 3:08 Biotin deficiency symptoms 4:05 Addressing nutrient deficiencies to fix vertical lines on nails Vertical ridges on nails are typically caused by one of 3 nutrient deficiencies: 1. Iron deficiency 2. Zinc deficiency 3. Biotin deficiency To determine which nutrient deficiency is causing the vertical ridges on your nails, first, look at your other symptoms. If you have an iron deficiency, you may also experience heavy menstruation and symptoms of anemia. Some people have a genetic problem that causes too much iron. Even with too much iron, you can become anemic because the iron in your body is dysfunctional. Liver problems and blood tests pinpointing a problem with iron could mean your nail ridges are caused by an iron deficiency. Cravings for ice or dirt and feeling cold with cold feet and hands can also signify iron deficiency. If zinc deficiency is behind your nail ridges, you may notice frequent illnesses, or it may take you a while to recover after getting sick. Other zinc deficiency symptoms include: •Low testosterone •Libido issues •Erectile dysfunction •Loss of muscle mass •Night blindness •Alopecia •Inflammation of the skin Most of your biotin is made by your microbes, so a history of antibiotic use can contribute to biotin deficiency. Biotin deficiency symptoms include brittle hair, thin nails, neurological problems, and peripheral neuropathy. Biotin, zinc, and iron control collagen. A deficiency in either of these nutrients can cause vertical lines on the nails. Once you identify which nutrient you are most likely deficient in, you can increase your intake of certain foods or supplements to fix the problem. Grass-fed liver pills or spleen extract pills are the best option for an iron deficiency. To increase zinc, consume more shellfish, oysters, and grass-fed beef. If you choose to take a supplement for zinc, take 50 grams in a blend with other trace minerals, including copper. If you have a biotin deficiency, try increasing your biotin with a supplement. Take a good probiotic to support gut health, which will naturally help increase biotin. The #1 Way to UNCLOG Your Colon Fast

How does your food turn into poop? In this video, I’ll explain the ins and outs of the digestive process to help you better understand the function of your digestive system. If you’re struggling with digestion and gut health, this video is for you. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Food digestion explained 0:18 Stomach acid and the digestive system 0:52 Betaine hydrochloride and apple cider vinegar 1:42 The small intestine and the digestive process 3:50 The large intestine 4:25 Poop formation and the process of digestion 4:55 How to improve digestion Benefits of TUDCA: ▶️    • The Benefits of TUDCA How to Fix Your Gut: ▶️    • Fix Your Gut with ONE Microbe Digestion starts in the mouth, where food is broken down and then transferred to the stomach. The highly acidic stomach acid aids in protein digestion. The valve at the top of the stomach plays a vital role in keeping food in the stomach and preventing it from backing up into the esophagus. Many people think antacids are the solution to acid reflux or heartburn. Diluting stomach acid worsens this problem by inhibiting this valve from closing tightly. If you have acid reflux, you want to increase the acidity of your stomach. Diluted apple cider vinegar and betaine hydrochloride are effective remedies for this problem. Ninety percent of all digestion occurs in the small intestine. This is also the location of a leaky gut. Grains, gluten, junk food, refined sugar, and seed oils can cause a leaky gut. The liver makes bile, which is stored and concentrated in the gallbladder. Bile helps break down fats, extract nutrients from fats, and kill pathogens. Bile deficiency symptoms include bloating, burping, vision problems, and gallstones. Bile salts such as TUDCA can help digestion by breaking down cholesterol. Microbes break down food in the large intestine through fermentation. These microbes comprise 80% of your immune system and help make neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. After your food travels through this intricate assembly line, it becomes stool. Your stool is mostly water and gets its pigment from your red blood cells. The smell is caused by gas from bacteria. Constipation and diarrhea are usually related to missing microbes. Antibiotics and chemicals like glyphosate can deplete microbes. Fermented foods and the L. reuteri microbe are great ways to increase microbes and improve digestion naturally. Intermittent fasting can also significantly improve digestion. The #1 Best Way to Burn Inner Thigh Fat

Inner thigh fat loss isn’t just about exercise. Your inner thigh workout should prioritize rest and recovery. Discover the best inner thigh exercises, along with the necessary diet and lifestyle changes, for achieving smooth, toned, and healthy legs. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Inner thigh toning and fat loss 1:06 Inner thigh fat loss 4:45 How to tone inner thighs 7:16 What causes inner thigh fat? 7:58 The best inner thigh workout 12:29 More inner thigh fat loss tips Subcutaneous fat is the fat stored just under the skin. Visceral fat surrounds the organs. This type of fat is unhealthy and inflammatory, often related to insulin resistance. Liver fat can be eliminated in a matter of days or weeks. Fat on the inner thighs is the most difficult type of fat to get rid of. This fat is not just superficial; it’s woven inside the muscle fibers, similar to the marbling in Wagyu beef. Muscle deteriorates and is replaced by fat and scar tissue. Stem cells that make muscle cells are lost, resulting in fewer contractions, less ATP, and more insulin resistance in the muscle. This abnormal accumulation of fat in the muscle is called myosteatosis, or intramuscular fat. This fat must be burned locally! As you begin to address this problem, you may not initially lose weight or notice a visible change, because the change occurs at the cellular level. For inner thigh fat loss, focus on repairing damaged muscle cells, rather than simply losing weight. Strength and decreased appetite will signify that you are improving. The root causes of intramuscular fat are the following: •Inactivity/sedentary life •Insulin resistance •Inflammation •Aging For the most inner thigh fat loss, try the following: 1. Eccentric exercises 2. Walking 3. Sprinting/HIIT 4. Two meals per day/low-carb diet 5. Increase key nutrients: magnesium, vitamin D, and omega-3 6. Get plenty of sleep 7. Periodic prolonged fasting 8. Cold plunge/shower Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. Eating Cereal or the Box: Which is Healthier?

Which is healthier: Cereal or the box it comes in? Comment your answer below! Why You Need to Eat 2 to 4 Eggs Daily ▶️ https://youtu.be/7hk81YuHZQg 0:00 Introduction: Is cereal healthy? 2:20 The truth about cereal 5:32 A deeper look at cereal 7:50 The best breakfast food for kids 8:00 Learn more about the benefits of eggs! Is cereal bad for you? Let’s talk about it. If you had to choose between consuming cereal or the box it came in, my assumption would be that the box is a healthier choice. There was a recall on certain cereals a few years ago because of a problem with the boxes that could possibly create temporary nausea and diarrhea in some people. But, even so, the cereal inside of the box is more concerning. Cereal is promoted as being healthy, yet it’s an ultra-processed food with added sugar. It also contains grains and synthetic vitamins. Not only that, but companies have made outrageous claims regarding their cereal brands. There is even a loophole allowing companies to add maltodextrin or corn syrup to the cereal and list them as carbohydrates, even though they behave like sugars. While they may say you could experience various health consequences if you stop consuming cereal, I believe the only consequence would be a healthier body. The healthiest breakfast food for kids is actually eggs. Ditch cereal and learn more about the health benefits of eggs in my other videos. Loss of libido 5. Fluctuating emotions 6. Fatigue 7. Increased risk of fractures 8. Increased risk of all-cause mortality, including coronary heart disease 9.
