This is a highly biased propaganda document without reference to an author, its reliability or grounding. The whole thing seems to be generated by AI and to be designed to create fear of US supremacy in AI…at the same time it rightly does point out Europes ineffective …rather dysfunctional response to any kind of political or economic threat. Likely in an attempt to be more viral, the „novel“ is framed in a tone that reminds me of the sort of sci-fi movie that has a sole scientist seeing a huge alien space craft headed for earth.
