I never write reviews, but I really enjoy Rhiannon‘s podcast and her work in general. And the latest episode with Dr Idz is just excellent! Speaking as a person who’s recovered from an eating disorder but nevertheless very aware of all the scares about foods/diets out there I would like to thank both Rhiannon and Dr Idz making the effort to talk about the latest „trends“ so in-depth and with the seriousness they deserve.

This is my absolute favorite podcast when it comes to nutrition advice based on science! It is always presented warm-heartedly by the host Rhiannon and I just love her guests. When they talk about nutrition, health and any other topic related to those I always feel so aligned and couldn’t agree more! Thank you so much for your work, I’ll keep recommending your beautiful podcast, Rhiannon!
LITERALLY changed my life

So I always had questions about health, needed advice on especially sport nutrition, and wanted to get thru the “what is right or wrong” or clear the myths about certain food topics. I’ve been listening to this podcast since November’ 20 and I need to say that it truly changed the way I think and know about nutrition. It not only helped me a lot with my mental health and relationship with food but moreover educated me on so many topics. I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone, no matter if you are an beginner or an expert in nutrition, you will always learn something new. Aaand I just really enjoy this on my walks or car drives. I also LOVE her “simple way to fuel fitness” book and thinking about getting her other books too 😍 Thank you SO much Rhiannon & your Team!! ❤️
