Super valuable podcast!

The recent episode about eating disorders was absolutely brilliant, the information well-structured, absolutely understandable for persons without medical-/nutritional background. The content is ‘no fuss’, it’s based on evidence backed by science, and also current statistics in public health. There is nothing more one could ask for, the topics are all so well chosen, the entire podcast is very cohesive. Couldn’t recommend it higher!!
