    Who Should I Disciple? \\ Hendra Suhartanto \\ JICF

    Many Christians think discipleship requires a special program, formal training, or a perfect candidate. Yet throughout Scripture, discipleship often began with ordinary relationships. Jesus called fishermen. Paul invested in Timothy. Priscilla and Aquila mentored Apollos. Before asking, "Who should I disciple?" perhaps ask: "Who has God already placed in my life that is spiritually open?" Look around. It may be a younger believer, a family member, a colleague, a neighbor, or a friend asking spiritual questions. God often places people near us before He calls us to reach people far away.  This week, pray that God would show you one person with whom you can intentionally invest your life. Please take time to read 2 Timothy 2:2 and Matthew 28:19-20.

    The LORD Looks At The Heart \\ 1 Samuel 16:1-13 \\ Yusup Lifire

    In a world obsessed with outward appearance, worldly achievement success, God reminds us that His eyes see deeper on the inside. When Samuel looked at Jesse’s sons, he was impressed by strength, stature, and appearance — but God declared, “Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” Hidden in a field on the quiet hills of Bethlehem was David, the forgotten and overlooked shepherd boy but whose devoted heart looked by God and chosen by Him. This message reveals that God values a heart that is humble, faithful, obedient, devoted and surrendered to Him. Long before people recognize us, God sees who we truly are inside. This sermon (1 Samuel 16:1-13) invites us to cultivate hearts that honor God, because the heart matters most to Him.
