    With less than 3 weeks before London Marathon, Tim and Liam sit down to discuss recent life and prep in Teddington. Whilst battling a little sickness, both compete in Lille over a road 10k, the last race before the big dance.  Among your listener questions there's chat of the recent big marathon sessions, running a double on Sundays, getting the correct fuel on when the conditions don't make you feel like it's needed and going to the cinema.
