DAY 3: We Are All So Lovable and Also? We’re Not.

DAY 3: We Are All So Lovable and Also? We’re Not.

We’ve made it! The final episode of this podclass series, where we need to dive into a very adult-y, uncomfortable truth in terms of our innate lovability. Because YES, we’re all so super cute and special and wonderful and lovable…and YES, we are also totally wounded, pain-in-the-ass humans who sometimes show up in ways that make us hard to choose, or hard to be around. Accepting this paradox, admitting our own imperfection, while also investing and embodying our innate lovability? That is the sweet spot, my lovelies! Thank you for joining me on this delicious podclass ride, and if you want to learn more about my upcoming program – Grown Woman, Great Love – then make sure to get on the waitlist. DAY 2: You Can’t Just Keep Saying “No” Forever

DAY 2: You Can’t Just Keep Saying “No” Forever

And we’re off to the races! Unpacking and fleshing out another questionable piece of common dating advice. Way back in Season 1 of the pod I recorded an episode about “The Possibility and Power in Saying NO”, where I discussed the importance of knowing what you want, and being a clear “no” to anything that is not that. Yes! Important! Very true! And…here we are now, five years later, five years wiser, and I need to adjust some of that advice. Because where Great Love is concerned, sometimes we will be asked to assess, question, and evaluate where a “no” is coming from, and what that “no” is really in service to. Get ready for all multi-layered nuances and disclaimers of this one, and ENJOY!

DAY 1: Entitlement, Superiority, and Egoic Standards (EEK!)

DAY 1: Entitlement, Superiority, and Egoic Standards (EEK!)

Episode one of this series is all about deepening into what’s driving our standards in the quest for Great Love. A fire was lit under my booty on this topic when I bumped into a little post on Instagram reinforcing the popular idea that if you are a conscious, growth-focused person, then you should clearly be with a conscious, growth-focused person. And on the one hand, yeah! Totally! Why not? And on the other hand…welp – we gotta unpack this one and get into the deeper layers of what’s at play here. Because depending on the energy that your standards are rooted in…you could be in for a bumpy ride. Let’s get into it!

#75 – On Being Love’s Little B*tch (and Humble Student)

#75 – On Being Love’s Little B*tch (and Humble Student)

Registration for CLAIMED is wide open, so we’re gonna talk about it! To start, here’s a powerful question for you: What is your relationship like to LOVE itself? Do you know how to listen to Love? Respond from (and as) Love? Can you feel and sense how Love is guiding you, in your life, in your relationships, day-to-day?
In today’s episode, I’m talking about becoming a student of Love, surrendering to Love, and what that has looked like for me over the years. I wanted to tell some spicy stories of times when Love has swooped in and saved my butt (and made me here lil b*tch), stopping me from making the same mistakes over and over again. Oh boy, enjoy! And if this episode resonates with you, come to CLAIMED on March 18th. See the link below to register.
