Big Help

I run a couple of smaller companies together with a friend in cologne Germany and 5 years ago we had been growing continuously for almost 8 years and where in over our head. To many projects no focus and no system to manage the people working for us. The dynamic of work had changed from people working besides us to having people work for the organisation and being guided. I had no tools how to accomplish this task. So I started searching for some course in the internet and found manager tools.

I have been a regular premium user of manager tools podcast ever since. The podcast has provided me with tools to run the people part of my business. The trinity has become an integrated part of the way I manage and I could not imagine where I would be without it. I am sure that that manager tools has also made the workplace a better place for the people working for us. Manager Tools has helped to keep growing the company and giving our employs possibilities to develop in the company.

The steady input with new ideas about management and life as a professional is something I would not what to miss. I am very thankful for the great work Mark and Mike an the other people at manager tools do.
