I listen to Katy’s podcast since her first year of „Katy says“. She changed my whole approach on moving and how I teach moving. It is a pleasure to spread her ideas and their positive effects on your body to the people here in Europe. Thank you, Katy!

Life changing

One of my favorite podcasts, not just in the health genre, but overall. Katy and Dani create an excellent atmosphere for learning. Katy is great at breaking down complex concepts into digestible information. Most of all, I am so thankful that Katy and Dani are making this information available. Why don't we learn any of this in school? It will change how you think about health and movement and reframe how you think about the activities you do every day. Absolutely enjoyable.
