that all too often seems to be my life. Such a miracle, a wonder, an impossibly improbable thing, Life. So lonely and dark for so many, and when I feel like I really might be worth nothing, but still find my way to Oprah, she lifts me up and away and reminds me of the helpful, fair and friendly me, and there I am. Back. May not be making much sense, but very deeply grateful! And I will make another attempt at meditating! Thank you from all my heart, Oprah!
