    Episode 8.5- Pushing into Revolution

    Episode 8.5- Pushing into Revolution

    I detest these Liminals.  The collaborations between Rogue Scientists and Rebel Policies will never bear the sweet fruit of Truth that the works of the HartLife Corporation do!
    ==================
    HartLife NFP is at a pivotal point in its life. With Season Eight, we are bringing Our Fair City to a close, and ramping up work on our next show. We've got a Dr. West miniseries in the works. We've never been busier.
    That work is possible in large part to the support we get from listeners and fans on Patreon. Some of them give $1 a month. Some of them have donated a year’s worth of algae bars. And to thank those amazing folks we like to share special insider treats.
    If you haven’t already become a Patreon supporter we’ve got an extra push. When we reach $650, we will release three scripts from Andrew Snidge’s audio drama “Adventures in Science!” (as transcribed by Jim McDoniel) on our Patreon feed for all our backers!
    Even better: these will be released under a Creative Commons Attribution/Non-commercial License. Want to record your own Adventures in Science?  Make a comic?  Use it in some other medium?  Go ahead---Andrew would be proud of you!
    But first you have to be a Patron. So head over to Patreon.com/hartlifenfp to help us make this happen. And then you get to read Adventures in Science.
    You can also help spread the word by rating and reviewing on iTunes or whatever podcasting service you are listening to us on!

Kessi Riliniki ,

Postapocalyptic Propaganda at its finest

If you like steampunk, postapocalypse, zombies, timetravelers, mad scientists, science fiction, propaganda, comedy, mole people, witty dialogue and an amazing array of diverse characters - this is exactly the audiodrama for you. Absolutely superb wirting, acting and audio engineering, Our Fair City is an ambitious work of art.
I have to admit that the first episode was very hard to follow along through, and I had to make several attempts to keep up- but once you got through the first epsiode, everything else is a breeze to cut through. This is really my only critique point, the first episode (aka season 1) was not terrible - in retrospect and once you're immersed into the world, everything about it makes sense. But it is just a whole lot to take into, in addition to a very large cast and at least 3 different storylines to follow. In addition to this, at least two of the characters are not very well distinguishable and their characters act in the same scene. This is very unfortunate and hard to follow through. If you're having trouble, I advice you to visit OFC's official website and check out the transcript of the episode there, it helps enourmously to keep up with the storylines :) Other than that, I still will not cease to recommend this to anyone I meet, especially strangers on the street.
