This podcast is SUCH a treat and a lifesaver! On rough mornings when I can’t seem to get out of bed, I put it on and the intro immediately puts me in a good mood - same goes for early/late long commutes. Ngl, I listen to episodes on repeat on the regular and get so happy when the new weekly ep pops up! Hopefully this podcast grows even more, so that Ceara and Griff could do this semi-full time and push out two eps a week 🫶🏼
