Thank u so much for the new episodes! I’m currently experiencing the hardest time in my life so far and I really working trough stuff I kinda ignored for a long time and just hoped It would go away without working trough it (spoiler: It really hid hard when it came back haha). I also have anxiety, so it just feels so good to hear someone talk about their experience about living with anxiety without claiming it as a big disorder and something that’s holding u back from being happy in life! “You’re nothing that needs to be fixed” is really something I want to work on, because I experienced that acceptance is really the key do managing your daily life and to have a calmer mind :) thank u so much!

The podcast is so inspiring! I really love the solo episodes bc you always give me the feeling as if you’re the older sister I never had!:) Likewise I love the interviews bc all the guests are truly inspiring and the dialogue is so interesting to listen to! Eventough I am familiar with most things you say they are the reminder I need in my daily life! Thanks for that!!
