The judge in Donald Trump‘s criminal hush money trial seems to be losing patience with his blatant disregard for the rules of the court. Trump broke the gag order, forbidding him from attacking those involved in those involved in the trial. For the second time, he was found to be in contempt of court and fined. This time, the judge spoke directly to Trump and admonished him for a direct attack on the rule of law. Judge Juan Merchan told Trump further violations may mean some time behind bars!

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem is not giving up on the possibility of becoming Donald Trump’s vice presidential pick. She appeared on CBS’s Face the Nation over the weekend and it wasn’t pretty. She once again talked about having to shoot her puppy whom she insisted was a dangerous animal. She was also called out for untrue stories that she says are now being edited out of her new book.

Prosecutors played another one of the secretly recorded phone calls made by former Trump lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen. Trump could be heard saying, “It’s so false what they’re saying. It’s such b******t.” Cohen talks to Trump about opening up a company for the transfer of information regarding David Pecker and says he spoke to Allen Weisselberg about how to set up the financing. Former President Trump, on a one day break from his criminal trial, stirred familiar controversy by refusing to commit to accepting the outcome of the upcoming election against President Joe Biden and expressing a willingness to contest results if he deems the process unfair. Campaigning in Wisconsin and Michigan, Trump projected a strongman image, promising drastic measures like mass deportations and crackdowns on perceived threats, while capitalizing on unrest to rally support. Time Magazine took a deep dive into Trump‘s feelings on several issues. The former president discussed using the National Guard to assist in mass deportations of undocumented immigrants should he be elected. He floated the possibility of pardoning January 6th participants as well as the possibility of weaponizing the Department of Justice. He once again brought up the potential of an unfair election should he lose and regarding the use of violence, Time says Trump “did not dismiss the possibility outright and did not proactively say anything to deter supporters from again resorting to it.” Thank goodness John Rothmann, Presidential historian, political analyst, and former KGO talk show host will be here to discuss it all. According to the FDA, recent tests of milk show one in five samples containing Bird Flu Virus fragments. It indicates infections in dairy cows are widespread. The FDA insists the food supply is safe.
