This show is doing what it says on the cover: offering loads of tips and workflows for tackling what life throws at you. If you know AE from other resources you will feel right at home with the outstanding quality the team is making available for free.
Oh- you don't know Asian Efficiency at all? Then this is the gateway drug of choice ;-)
Over the (many) years, that I am listening in, the show has grown into an ultra-efficient structure that is engaging, witty and helpful. It also is constantly evolving, as are our challenges. Thanh and Brooks, are like two friend meeting with me over my bike commute to share tidbits, insights, or an interesting guest without me uttering a word, only chuckling occasionally. Wanna join?
